You hereby waive your claim unless you give notice to goldsilvernest.com within the time limit stated in this paragraph.

Steps for Incorrect/Missing/Damaged Packages: 

  1. Notify us from your Registered Email address within 24 hours of the parcel(s) being delivered.
  2. Send photos of the products received along with the shipping label.
  3. You are also required to send us all the details such as order number and other additional details at the customer service representative’s discretion.
